The Valley

The San Fernando Valley has it all. It’s made up of gorgeous suburbs and is where celebrities live, work and play. Major Motion Picture studios call it home as well. Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros. Studios are in Burbank and Universal Studios in Universal City.

The Valley as the locals call it, has more artistically, than just movie studios. North Hollywood Arts District known as “NoHo’ has seen revitalization to bring back the glamor of its past. El Portal theater is a beautiful old theater that brings back a 1950’s feel. Visit the Acme Comedy Club, NoHo Arts Center or one of the Trendy Bars or Restaurants.

The suburbs of the San Fernando Valley provide a great family environment. With lots of parks, local golf courses, hiking, and biking. Take a drive down Ventura Boulevard and enjoy upscale cuisine or attend “a taste of Encino”. The Chamber of Commerce hosts this annual mammoth event highlighting the best that the community has to offer. Restaurants, arts and crafts and home improvement are all showcased. The event takes place on the second Sunday of October every year.

Calabasas, one of the most affluent neighborhoods, is more than a quiet suburb found on the west side of the San Fernando Valley; it is a hidden treasure for residential living. The last few years, the city of Calabasas has cultivated its reputation for luxury as well as for privacy which makes it a premier spot for A-list Celebrities.

San Fernando Valley with its perfect location nestled to the northwest of the Los Angeles Basin has a neighborhood for everyone.
